What You’ll Learn and Do:

• Gain a 360-degree understanding of how a successful sales and marketing operation runs

• Assist in the onboarding, coaching, and performance development of new team members

• Lead by example in both customer-facing interactions and internal team initiatives

• Support planning and execution of territory sales campaigns and team-building efforts

• Analyze performance data to identify coaching opportunities and optimize team output

• Serve as a connection between clients and our field team, ensuring consistent brand messaging and results
