Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing and sales campaigns to enroll new customers on behalf of our clients

• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers

• Assist customers through the enrollment process, introducing them to tailored product solutions

• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care

• Exhibit leadership by maintaining high performance standards and mentoring peers

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus (but not required)

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles preferred

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
