In this full-time, customer-facing role, you'll engage directly with consumers to introduce wireless services, handle upgrades, and create seamless onboarding experiences for new users.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent AT&T’s latest wireless products and services in a retail setting

• Deliver personalized customer experiences by understanding each customer’s needs

• Help customers enroll in new wireless plans or upgrade existing services

• Answer product, service, and billing questions with accuracy and professionalism

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly sales goals

• Maintain a positive, welcoming retail environment that reflects our brand values

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Customer service or retail background is a plus

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
